Congratulations on your pregnancy!  This is a special time as you prepare to meet the newest member of your family. Finding a doula to support you (and your partner) in labor can be a great way to help achieve the loving birth you wish to experience with your baby.  I offer a free no-obligation consultation to expecting parents.  This meeting is a chance to get to know each other.  You will want to choose a doula who makes both of you feel comfortable!  I have a doula's heart and training, but I am a new doula.  I am offering services at a reduced fee while I attend births in order to complete my certification through DONA international.  I look forward to hearing from you!  I currently work within an hour of Bowie, MD.  I am relocating this summer and  I will be available to attend births within an hour of Albany, NY starting in August 2011 (estimated due dates of 9/1/11 and beyond).
